The Super Powers in Super Space Wars

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Laser beam: a concentrated burst of energy and light. Each laser beam has enough power to travel through the enemies, causing a possible chain of explosions in it's wake
Note: a laser beam can be fired only when there is enough energy to do so
- Energy Level: you start off with an energy level of 2, which allows for 2 laser beams on the screen at once. You gain an energy bonus after getting 30, 80, 150 hits
Note: you have an energy meter at the bottom right of your game screen (coincidentally, also at the bottom right of this window)
- Photon: a single explosion waiting to happen. Launch one of these onto the screen and watch as the explosion takes out all enemies on the screen
Note: a photon becomes available after the first 50 kills, in which it then takes the 'last needed hits' x 2 + 50 to get another. ie) 50 hits, then 150 hits, then 350 hits, 750 hits, etc.
- life: at the beginning of the game, you have 100 life, and each hit taken causes you to lose 10 life. Thus, you can take up to 10 hits before the game is over
Note: you have a life meter at the bottom right of your game screen (coincidentally, also at the bottom right of this window)
- Points: each enemy kill by a laser beam gets you 150 points. However, if that laser beam hits multiple target, your points also multiple. Ie) the laser hits one enemy, you get 150 points, it travels on and hits a second enemy you get 150*2 points, it travels on and hits a third enemy you get 150*3 points, etc.
Note: You lose 250 points each time you get hit, and you lose 1000 points each time you use a Photon. You have a score at the bottom left of your game screen (coincidentally, also at the bottom left of this window)
- Hits: each time a laser beam hits an enemy, the enemy is destroyed, you get points, and your hit counter goes up by one
Note: Hits done by a photon does not give you any additional hits. You have a hit count at the bottom left of your game screen (coincidentally, also at the bottom left of this window)
